Value creation through expertise is the primary means of success. It is a prerequisite for forming win-win relationships. We take pride in demonstrating our value creation during and at the end of each project we undertake.

Victrix believes in creating win-win partnerships with its clients to ensure long term trust based partnerships.

Service Orientation

We believe that the success of a project is realized only when its key stakeholders realize superior value from the process or system. By encouraging stakeholders to disclose their performance metrics through SLAs (service level agreements), our service orientation helps our client in keeping projects stay focused on delivering service levels to all the stakeholders on a consistent basis.

Communication

Victrix communicates closely with stakeholders and commits to keep stakeholders retain ownership of their projects by truthfully dedicating ourselves to delivering the agreed upon SLAs, and promptly communicating with the stakeholders when there are any deviations in realizing SLAs.

Continuous Process Improvement

Victrix believes that a formal specification of business process and gathering performance metrics enables our clients to continuously improve their business process.

Honesty

Victrix believes that honesty in communications and transparency in our transactions are critical for enabling our clients to retain control of projects, especially the outsourced projects. We make conscious effort to disclose the project status to our clients honestly and openly.
